Gluten-Free Bread Croutons

My Gluten-Free Croutons
  1. Cut half a loaf of gluten-free white loaf bread into cubes
  2. Put the cubes on a baking sheet and sprinkle some olive oil on them
  3. Sprinkle some salt and some herbs (optional)
  4. Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
