Bake Free Going Quinoa-Crazy


Quinoa is gluten-free and so versatile. It has many benefits, but the most important ones are:
  1. It is one of the most protein-rich foods we can eat
  2. It contains twice as much fiber as most other grains
  3. It contains Lysine which is essential for tissue growth and repair
  4. It is high in iron, magnesium, and manganese
  5. It's high in Riboflavin (B2) which improves energy metabolism within the brain and muscle cells
